How AARI Tracks Impact

AARI uses internal program records, completed event documentation, partner conversations, and outcome confirmations to track current impact indicators.

Summer 2026 cohort participation

Participant-hours, participant-days, and weekly-entry counts come from the cumulative six-participant ledger compiled August 28, 2026 plus the September 4 individual closeout report. Earlier weekly PDFs are cumulative snapshots and are not added together. The combined record contains 35 of 42 expected entries across seven reporting periods; only one final-week entry was present. One entry has no day count, so the published participant-day figure is a minimum.

Qualitative cohort analysis

Each weekly entry was reviewed for starting task, technical layer, build output, blocker, workaround, mentor or employer interaction, next deliverable, and linked evidence. Cross-entry findings are published only when the pattern appears across multiple reports or is supported by a dated cohort-session record. This is how AARI distinguishes a learning trajectory from a list of tools.

Evidence and career readiness

Twenty-one of 35 weekly entries contain a labeled evidence section. A labeled section does not mean every link was independently verified. Seven resume files were accessible in the shared drive at closeout; five contained searchable AARI experience. Certification passes, interviews, offers, and placements are excluded unless separately confirmed.

Roster and closeout controls

The weekly ledger contains six participants, the closeout tracker contains seven scholars, and a separate outcome scoreboard contains eight names and no completed outcomes. Because those records were not reconciled, the site describes six participants as the weekly-report population rather than the final cohort size. The retained closeout tracker was created September 2 for a September 4 deadline, and access requests arrived September 3; it is not treated as a complete source of truth.

Workshops

Based on completed AARI events and partner programming.

Partners engaged

Based on active conversations, confirmed collaborations, or program support.

Placement outcomes

Based on student-reported or partner-confirmed outcomes.

Infrastructure footprint

Based on current and planned facility/campus infrastructure work.

Public cohort reporting uses de-identified whole-cohort aggregates. Student-level records, private evidence links, and incomplete or externally unverified outcomes are not published as verified results.
